Hi I am Vinisha! the Managing Director of p3 Studio, an agency that partners with local and global leaders on their growth journey. I have experience across different sectors from scale-ups, startups, multi-nationals, small businesses, government, corporate, not for profit within Australia, UK and Middle East. This has helped me develop a key understanding on setting the foundations required for sustainable growth, and how leaders can effectively navigate the commercial and people agenda.
Passionate about fostering diversity in business, I harness my expertise in partnerships, public speaking, and commercialisation to provide fresh perspective for founders, investors and their teams.
